General Information

- Composed of multiple elastic gold-plated or silver-plated metal wires arranged in a single-leaved, rotating double-hyperboloid configuration, forming an angle with the inner sleeve's direct axis
- When the pin is inserted into the spring hole, the wires undergo elastic deformation in both the radial and axial directions, establishing simultaneous contact with multiple independent wires within the spring hole, creating separate electrical current paths. Even if individual wires within the hole break, the spring hole continues to maintain an effective current path.
- Boasts low and stable contact resistance, minimal insertion and extraction forces, low contact wear, and extended operational lifespan
- Exhibits exceptional contact reliability even in highly demanding environments with strong vibrations and shocks (transient interruption time < 1μs)
