- Crafted from three inner rings of pure copper wire and seven outer rings of beryllium bronze wire, twisted in reverse and fused into a bundle
- One end inserted into a sleeve while the other end features a thickened and raised tip
- The middle section of the pin protrudes, with the outer circle's diameter larger than the inner diameter of the contact hole, establishing a seven-point secure contact
- Automatic four-point crimping of the pinhead and press-fit sleeve, ensuring a minimum tensile strength of ≥30N
- Exceptional elasticity and contact performance, exhibiting remarkable resistance to vibration and shock with an impact acceleration of up to 150g (3000 cycles)

- Enhanced adaptability to rigid contact holes when paired with flexible ones.
- During the insertion process, the elastic pin not only radially contracts but also undergoes axial rotational elongation, resulting in low insertion and separation forces, coupled with exceptional reliability. After 1000 insertion and extraction tests, there is no significant change in contact resistance or separation force.
